Adam and Heather Wells have 6 beautiful children and reside just north of Fenton, MI. Adam was first introduced to the home inspection industry in 2012. He moved to Texas to pursue a career in home inspections. As a part of a major inspection firm, Adam quickly rose to the top and completed nearly 4,000 inspections in the state of Texas as well as becoming the lead trainer. In 2016, He chose to pursue a different path and entered the residential home building arena for a national builder. Inspections still being a passion, Adam opened his own inspection business as an advocation. In 2020, Adam moved back to his home state of Michigan and went to work for two residential builders before changing direction to commercial and industrial HVAC.
Heather graduated from SNHU with a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration in 2022. She accomplished this feat as a single mother of two while working as a Shipt independent contractor. She is truly the brains and the rock of the family. She puts her heart and soul into providing a home for her family and that same passion pours into the business. She selflessly manages the home and is still able to find time to ensure day to day operations run smoothly. Talk about a superhero!
Heather and Adam married and joined their families together in 2022, and in 2023 welcomed their son. 2023 also marked the start of their business. Adam's passion for inspecting homes and providing client's with a toolbox for their investment is still there.
